Eyes do not freeze...

Today running in -6 F temp and -22 F wind chill I found a few things out.

People driving by you look at you like you are nuts.
Eyes do not freeze when exposed directly to headwind of those temps.
wind proof pants are a must.
wind proof shirt, thermal layer, base layer and outer shell is too much.
ice cream afterwards tastes great.
If moving, I am comfortable at -6 F.
I can't wait for July when it is 100 F.
I have run in one extreme to the other 107 F high and -6 F low, a true 113 degree swing.

Just an example for my warm weather peeps out there, it is so cold here that a room temperature can of diet Pepsi was set outside and within 20 minutes it was frozen almost solid!

Oh yea, tomorrow the Pack will win!

Bill will be taking an extended break from running, biking and swimming while he cries and enters therapy following the pathetically depressing loss of the Packers to the f*cking Giants.
